Sydney underground bruisers Hand Of Mercy formed in 2007 and have been inciting huge pits and manic stage dives while grinding it out ever since. Becoming a mainstay in the Australian hardcore scene with one of the most identifiable sounds within the genre.
A string of strong independent releases and impressive local touring saw the band become the go-to choice to complement bigger bills and also led to them signing to Australian indie label UNFD who have released the bands last two albums, 2012’s Last Lights last years Resolve.
Hand Of Mercy have toured with, played with and supported nearly EVERYONE. The relentless workhorses recruited new front man Nick Bellringer just prior to the release of Resolve and scored a Top 50 Aria chart position with the album plus a swag of favourable reviews. Their heaviest album yet is also their most successful.
This will be HOM’s first full Aussie tour since the release of Resolve. They have actually played more shows overseas than at home and are looking forward to going home!
After an incredible 6 year run that saw the local Gold Coast lads of Prepared Like A Bride go from touring Australia to the world stage including New Zealand, USA, Canada & Japan they are calling it a day. The band have made friends everywhere that they’ve been and have toured with just about everyone including Impending Doom, I The Breather, House Vs Hurricane, Volumes, Bless The Fall, The Color Morale & For Today just to name a few.
With the recent release of their new single Soul Of The World the band have announced that it is time to call it a day and want to tour the country ONE LAST TIME. End things on a high note by playing cities that have welcomed them as family since their early beginnings, and truly thank their fans for their dedicated and loyal support over the years.
With their hearts on their sleeves and an unwavering commitment to hard-hitting songwriting, Sydney-based Vices are blazing a trail for ‘east coast feels’ hardcore. Their debut album, 2013’s Between My Mind and the World was a squall of riffs and passion, and captured the attention of fans around the world. With a reputation for unmissable live shows, both here and overseas, Vices are primed to deliver a stunning set that features songs from their debut and also their most recent album We’ll Make It Through This, that was released late last year via Resist Records
Melbourne metalcore merchants, Glorified, released The Faith Complex in late 2013 and are set to follow it up in the very near future with album they say has set a new benchmark for themselves.
