Sloan Peterson is today thrilled to share her new single ‘Our Love’, the first taste of her forthcoming sophomore EP and the fruit of her work with producer Thomas Rawle (DRELLER / Papa VS Pretty).

Accompanying the track is a James Bond style video, directed by Natasha Foster and Erin Fairs. It’s the first in a two-part series, with the sequel to be released with the next single later this year. In October Sloan Peterson will head out on an east coast tour in support of the release, playing Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. Supporting will be Seaside, fresh from playing Splendour In The Grass after winning the Triple J Unearthed local competition.

“’Our Love’ was inspired by somebody who had a conflicting dream about her boyfriend being the devil, and had to break up with him and go back to this religion,” explains Sloan Peterson. “The lyrics I wrote are kind of my interpretation of the a conversation between her and essentially God.”

“The video is the first instalment of a two-part series about falling out of love, and having horrible thoughts. I contacted Natasha and Erin and explained the idea I had in my head, and they just jumped on it and did so much to make it happen. Incredible women who have immense talent.”
