After selling out both her Sydney and Melbourne sideshows in record time, Laneway Presents and Penny Drop are excited to announce that, due to overwhelming demand, GRIMES‘ only Sydney show has been upgraded to the Enmore Theatre.

Grimes’ only Melbourne sideshow is completely sold out, which means the only chance to see her in Melbourne will be at Laneway Festival.

Back down under for the first time since 2012, Grimes will be toting her hugely anticipated new album Art Angels. The album was released last week to huge acclaim from fans and critics alike – listen here.

Opening for Grimes exclusively in Sydney is exciting new talent LUPA J. Since making the transition from classically trained violinist to contemporary electronic producer and songwriter at the tender age of 15, Lupa J has captured the attention of fans and tastemakers around the world with her alluring brand of left-field pop.

Lupa J will be joining emerging American artist HANA on the bill, who will be suppporting Grimes at both her Sydney and Melbourne shows.
A NOTE FOR SYDNEY TICKET HOLDERS

All Metro Theatre tickets remain valid for the new venue, and will allow access to the General Admission Dance Floor area.  Current ticket holders are just required to turn up on the night with their Metro Theatre tickets in hand.
