Sydney pop/rockers Forever Ends Here will release their debut album titled ‘Imagine This’ on Friday August 19 ahead of touring Australia’s East-Coast with Canadian band Simple Plan.

The four young 20-somethings from Sydney’s North Shore dropped the first teaser of their full length in February (2016) with the release of ‘Chapters’. In May (2016), the band released their second single, ‘Search The Night’, to fans without warning – the accompanying music video shot on Sydney’s famous Harbour.

Since the band’s inception in 2011, Forever Ends Here – featuring Brothers Luke (Vocals / Guitar) and Kane McChesney (Drums), Mav Burnett (Bass) and Arran Barker (Guitar) – have matured musically since their 2013 release of the ‘From Where I’d Rather Be’ EP. Having garnered support slots with the likes of Tonight Alive, Short Stack, Hands Like Houses and Neck Deep the band have amassed a solid fan base with four of their own headlining tours under their belt and over 17,000 Facebook likes.

‘Imagine This’ has been three years in the making.

“We’ve learned so much from the incredible artists we’ve toured with and even the fans who have been by our sides along the way,” says singer Luke McChesney.

“We’ve really grasped the importance of doing what feels right to us,” Luke adds. “We’re writing songs that make us feel good and I think that’s the most important thing you can do.”

“The album feels much more cohesive, it feels more progressive and it’s a work that we are more proud of than anything we have released in the past,” says Kane.

In the space of five short years, the four piece have amassed a following that rivals the local scene that’s flooded with aspiring pop-punk bands.

“Fans are the backbone of any band and that’s something that we have always recognized,” says Kane. “We have always kept them close and involved them wherever possible including having their voices on studio versions of songs, their creations in video clips and their insights involved in the marketing process”.

To support the album, the band will support Canadian rockers, Simple Plan on their Australian East-Coast tour this September.

“I still don’t think it’s sunk in,” says Luke when talking about the opportunity given to them to perform with one of his favourite bands growing up. “It is a dream come true and a huge opportunity for us to reach as many new fans as possible,” adds Kane.
