Inhaling alternative, hip-hop, reggae, and rock and exhaling one irresistible and infectious anthem after another, DIRTY HEADShave been redefining the sound of Southern California since 2003 racking up an incredible 700 million streams to date and delivering hit after hit over their 16-year career, including their RIAA gold-certified smash “Lay Me Down,”.  A brand new track, “Bum Bum” (featuring critically acclaimed LA rappers, Villain Park) has just been released to tide fans over until the next album. “Molotov cocktails and palm trees in the dark. Those are the images that pop into my head when I hear this song. It’s grimey but at the same time light hearted,” explains Watson

Bum Bum started with an ode to Sister Nancy, after we got the hook everything else fell into place, nothing was planned or discussed. I can’t tell you what the song is about because it was never talked about. I’m sure it’s different for myself, Duddy and Villian Park, but I can tell you how it makes me feel. It feels like Energy. It makes me wanna get off my ass and go do something.”

Since the band has been quarantined in SoCal, they have teamed up with VEEPS to put on special streamed shows for fans eager to see the band live via Veeps.com Each show highlights a different album and contributes a portion of proceeds to a different charitable organization.
