After the release of their debut album This Is Our Vice earlier this year, Brisbane’s Cub Sport have had plenty to be excited about – they went on a huge 20+ date national tour with Saskwatch, had multiple plays from BBC1 tastemaker Huw Stephens, and received praise from around the globe (including being added to rotation on triple j, UK’s Amazing Radio, and Japan’s J-Wave Radio), clocked up hundreds of thousands of streams on singles ‘Only Friend’ and ‘I Can’t Save You’, toured UK, Europe, USA, and Canada, and last week supported The 1975 for their Splendour In The Grass arena sideshows.
This all comes off the back of the worldwide success of their latest single ‘Come On Mess Me Up’, which has been smashed on radio around the country, topping most-played lists on Triple J and community radio stations.
The Brisbane 4-piece are now excited to announce they have sold out their upcoming album launch shows in Brisbane as well as Melbourne and Sydney. Joining them for the tour will be Brisbane songstress Clea. Recently returned from a UK/EU tour, and announced for BIGSOUND 2016,
