BRITTLE BONES RELEASE BRUTAL NEW SINGLE ‘BURIED’ – PLAY LAUNCH SHOW IN MELBOURNE TONIGHT
You’re going to want to strap yourself in for this one. Like actually tie yourself down. Maybe nail any loose furniture around you to the floor.

The latest single from Melbourne five-piece Brittle Bones is here and it’s fucking huge. ‘Buried’ flicks all the switches for an attention-grabbing new release, with an all-encompassing, brutally heavy sound that should probably be the soundtrack to every explosion sequence in every Bruce Willis movie ever.

The track was recorded with the modern wizard of Australian hard rock production, Tom Larkin (Shihad, Bodyjar, High Tension, Calling All Cars), and mastered by veteran Jack The Bear, who have combined to bottle the frantic energy of Brittle Bones’ stage show and transfer it to wax, in what is the band’s biggest statement yet.

LISTEN TO ‘BURIED’ HERE:

The song is already capturing the attention of heavy music tastemakers right off the bat, having premiered on Triple J’s revered Short.Fast.Loud. program last night – following on from early praise S.F.L. bestowed upon the band for their signature dirty mix of southern rock and punk that they first displayed with their debut single ‘White Elephant.’

Considering they only arrived on the scene just under a year ago, the band have quickly and impressively established themselves as hot guns for hire, tearing the stage up in support of the likes of Every Time I Die, Touche Amore, Guttermouth and Norma Jean.

They’re now set to unleash ‘Buried’ on a live crowd for the first time with a launch show at Laundry Bar’s brand-new Riot Riot Riot night TONIGHT, alongside The Sinking Teeth, The Union Pacific and Harbours.
