Melbourne Death Pop crew Storm The Sky have announced the supports for their upcoming Australian tour. Joining them on their Sin Will Find You headline run will be Stepson, The Comfort and Aburden.

Storm The Sky will embark on their Sin Will Find You headline tour in March – a series of ALL AGES shows that will take in stops all around Australia. The tour will be their first headline run since the release of their sophomore album of the same name, which came out in August 2016 and has been turning heads all over the globe ever since.

After completing their headline Snake Or Die tour in September, along with an unforgettable performance at Invasion Fest in December, Brisbane five-piece Stepson are aching to get back on the road for their first run of East Coast shows this year. Following the release of their latest EP, The Beautiful Lie in December, which was something a little different to the Stepson everyone had come to know, the band is over the moon to join the guys in Storm The Sky to celebrate their new record. With new music already in the making and shows nationwide, Stepson have a bright year and future ahead of them.

The Comfort are an alt-rock duo from Brisbane. The early stages saw the band cementing their place in the local Brisbane scene playing with bands such as More Than Life (UK), Trophy Eyes, Stories andWorthwhile (US) in support of their debut release Ghosts. Their sophomore release Love has seen The Comfort gain fans all over the world. The band sees Liam Holmes and Dominic Harper draw influence from the music that shaped their mindset from a young age, including Brand New, Death Cab For Cutie,Coldplay and Taking Back Sunday. Naturally, this helps the band create a more unique sound in contrast to the current swarm of carbon copy bands. The Comfort’s short history only shows promise of a bright future.

The release of Aburden‘s (appearing in Adelaide and Perth only) debut single “Face to Face” has sparked a lot of talk within the country’s small but eclectic melodic hardcore scene with their unique take on the genre that holds its own aesthetic, with frontman Mason Foresters spoken word and poetic performance. This Melbourne band is one to look out for this year and they are thrilled to be a part of the Adelaide and Perth legs of the Sin Will Find You Tour.
