Ahead of their two shows at Sydney’s The Factory Theatre on Saturday 19th December, PLANET are today thrilled to unveil the ‘Maybe Someday’ live video, filmed at Mary’s Underground, Sydney, during soundcheck for the band’s four sold out shows in August. The new video serves as an exciting taste of what’s to come from the four piece’s return to the live stage.

Speaking of the new video, guitarist Tom Peppitt says:

“Back in August we had the privilege of playing 4 sold out shows at Mary’s Underground in the middle of the pandemic and a much more locked down Sydney. Because the venue was running at a reduced capacity the tickets were really limited, so we wanted to film a few of the tracks during our soundcheck the day before.”

“This is the first clip we’re dropping from that session and it’s a re-imagined rendition of the title track from our most recent EP ‘Maybe Someday’. It was really fun to play this new version live so I’m pretty glad we captured it and can now share it with everyone else in Australia & abroad who couldn’t make the shows!”

PLANET’s November shows follow the cancellation of their Australian and UK tours in support of their new EP ‘Maybe Someday’ due to COVID-19 earlier this year. With restrictions easing in New South Wales, and live music making a return, the pop rock four-piece sold out 4x intimate shows at Mary’s Underground in August, and are thrilled to follow up with these newly announced reduced capacity shows.
