Today sees the release of Amahiru’s third single “Lucky Star”. The hard-hitting new track is a collaboration with Elize Ryd of Swedish metal band Amaranthe and increases anticipation for the band’s upcoming debut album.

Frédéric Leclercq (Kreator, Sinsaenum, Ex-Dragonforce) and SAKI (Mary’s Blood & NEMOPHILA, all-female Japanese metal bands), together with the other band members deliver a unique sound, combining fast guitar riffs and melodic vocals with a strong musical influence from Japan. “Lucky Star” is a hymn that calls for solidarity and unity in dark times and shows the band’s outstanding talent once again.

The self-titled debut album “Amahiru” is going to be released on November 27th on CD and Digital. The album features 12 brand new tracks from the newly formed band, which was founded by Frédéric Leclercq  and SAKI. They met in 2015 when Mary’s Blood opened for Dragonforce in Hongkong and took 4 years to create a completely new metal sound together.
