Kirk Brandon – The voice of 80’s UK rock band Spear of Destiny, post punk band Theatre of Hate and more recently the acoustic supergroup, Dead Men Walking, featuring an ever revolving cast of members from Simple Minds, Stray Cats, The Damned, The Ruts, Stiff Little Fingers and more recently our very own Chris Cheney of The Living End, hits Australian shores in January 2017 for a national acoustic tour.

With over 15 studio albums and countless single releases, Kirk Brandon’s career now spans well over 30 years. Kirk has enjoyed worldwide success with all three of the above bands and is also revered in punk rock circles as the singer and songwriter of ‘The Pack’.

Over the last 9 years, Kirk has released six solo acoustic studio albums (the “Dutch Masters” series) that have pulled tracks from all era’s of his career. These albums have also featured many of the people Kirk has worked with and collaborated with over the years including Billy Duffy (The Cult), Derek Forbes (Simple Minds), Slim Jim Phantom (Stray Cats), Mike Peters (The Alarm) & Clint Boon (Inspiral Carpets).

Kirk will be joined by master cello player Sam Sansbury on this upcoming Australian tour In January.

Expect some very special shows that will feature all the hits and misses including ‘Never Take Me Alive’, ‘Do You Believe In The Westworld?’, ‘Worldservice’, ‘ So In Love With You’, ‘Young Men’ and ‘Original Sin’.
