Last week Sydney’s Bloom were announced as the newest members of the Greyscale Records Family and shared news of their new EP ‘In Passing’ arriving on October 9th with pre-orders available HERE.

Today Bloom share the new single for the EP entitled ‘Daylight‘; a song written about the fear that we never truly know when will be the last time we see a loved one, and the constant struggle of questioning have we done enough with the time we shared with those people.

On the new single Jono Hawkey shares insight into the future direction of the band. “We chose Daylight to be the main single for this release as sonically it is the best representation of where we want to be at with our sound. We have always wanted to have a token “heavy section”, but we struggled to do it in a way that didn’t feel forced. It’s a song with a lot of anger, and after the response we received from Invasion Fest, we knew we had to release it next.”

How am I supposed to know if this goodbye will be our last?
