Laneway Festival have announced that D.D Dumbo a.k.a Castlemaine resident Oliver Hugh Perry will be performing at the 2017 Laneway Festival (all Australian dates except Adelaide (TBC)).

D.D Dumbo has been on Laneway’s wish-list since 2013, when he released his self-recorded debut EP Tropical Oceans. Led by the spooky strut of the title-track, the lo-fi four song-set of blues- laced, deconstructed pop, announced Perry as an exciting newcomer fluent in a language all his own.

These Laneway 2017 will be D.D Dumbo’s first local shows in almost two years so get excited and make sure you catch him at Laneway 2017

D.D Dumbo was recently announced as the winner of triple j’s J Award for Australian Album of the Year for his remarkable debut Utopia Defeated.  That album – which includes killer singles ‘Satan’, ‘Walrus’ and ‘Brother
