City and Colour has added a second Melbourne show to his April 2020 Australian tour, with the first selling out in a matter of minutes earlier today. Dallas Green now takes in back-to-back nights at Melbourne’s Forum on Friday 24 (sold out) and Saturday 25 April. Tickets to the new show are on sale now.
The adored Canadian singer-songwriter last week performed to a packed Riverstage for Brisbane Festival’s Closing Night, earning outstanding reviews from critics and audiences alike.
In April 2020 City and Colour returns to Australia for the 18th time, taking in Adelaide’s Thebarton Theatre on Wednesday 15 April, Fremantle Arts Centre on Friday 17 April, Sydney’s Enmore Theatre on Sunday 19 April, Brisbane’s Fortitude Music Hall on Wednesday 22 April and Hobart’s Odeon Theatre on Tuesday 28 April, along with two Melbourne Forum dates on 24 and 25 April.
Released today, Green’s anticipated sixth studio album ‘A PILL FOR LONELINESS’ is his brightest work yet – a vulnerable palette of dreamy textures, featuring visceral single ‘Strangers’ and follow-up ‘Astronaut’.
