Melbourne’s Bad Juju today share their new single and accompanying video, ‘Dawn’. The stirring new track comes alongside the announcement that the band will release their sophomore EP, ‘You’re Not Alone’ on Friday 4th September.

‘Dawn’ sees Bad Juju again draw inspiration from real-life relationships, detailing the experience of supporting a friend through their battle with addiction. Speaking of the track, frontman Russell Holland says:

“Dawn’ is about a text message – “Do you get lonely because I get lonely too” from a friend struggling to get through the night due to loneliness and using drugs to get through their pain, and our “save me from myself tonight” lyric refers to the drugs saving them from their demons.”

In 2020 Bad Juju are back and ready to hit the scene again in a big way. After a couple of years honing their sound and making the live show better than ever, the band are excited to follow up on ‘Hidden Desire’ and show everyone what they’re made of.
