Yesterday it was announced that Thy Art Is Murder will be replacing Suicide Silence and will be the direct support on Parkway Drive’s massive Ire album tour in Australia/New Zealand this coming September/October. Following these dates, the band will then play their own headlining shows in support of their new album Holy War which debuted at #7 on the ARIA chart.

Thy Art Is Murder are currently in the middle of a massive US tour supporting Slayer on the Rockstar Mayhem Festival tour. In the US, Holy War debuted at #82 on the Billboard Top 200 which is an outstanding effort for an Australian metal band.
