These New South Whales are thrilled to share their new single, ‘Nerve 2 Reverse’ which premiered on triple j overnight. Unmistakably punk, the track is short, loud and dangerously catchy and comes ahead of the band’s debut headline shows in London and performances at The Great Escape festival in Brighton this May.

Of the track, lead vocalist Jamie Timony shares, “Nerve 2 Reverse is about deprogramming  and overwriting bad code. Restore yourself to your factory settings—today!”

In 2018, amid touring Australia and Europe, These New South Whales made their anticipated return to big and small screens with These New South Whales Season Two. The first ever Australian band to develop their own series licensed to a cable television network, TNSW signed a history-making deal with Comedy Central. Spanning eight episodes and featuring even bigger and better cameos than last time somehow—The Cure, Jimmy Barnes, Dune Rats, Daniel Johns, Phoebe Tonkin, Ryan Shelton, and more—and Executive Producers including Laura Waters (Summer Heights High, Lunatics), Roger O’Donnell ofThe Cure, and Jeffrey Walker (Modern Family), the second season of These New South Whales felt practically fated for success. Twenty four hours into its premiere on Comedy Central, the website was overwhelmed by traffic and crashed. 

With Season Three, new music and world touring in the works, the band’s future is looking set for good things.
