For six fun-packed years we have rocked inner Sydney with a huge array of irresistible stalls and an unbeatable entertainment line-up. Part market, part music festival, part meeting place, it’s one of Sydney’s most unique shopping experiences. You will find – fashion galore; rock ‘n’ roll, alternative, vintage, handmade and unique clothing for men, women and children; jewellery and accessories; vinyl records; posters and other artwork; cult DVDs; homewares and collectables; vintage hair and make-up stylists; handmade goods and unique goods you simply will not find elsewhere, plus an international food court, café, bars, giant kids’ games, a classic and vintage vehicle display, plus more.

The September 18 entertainment line-up features:
The Rocksteady Ratpack: This super-group boasts a revolving line-up of ska talent and fresh new tunes each gig – this time featuring members of Club Ska, Melbourne Ska Orchestra, The Allniters, The Porkers, Backy Skank and Steppin’ Razor. The Rocksteady Ratpack IS the Australian ska scene, and as a collective represents four generations of Australian pub rock with an enormous multi-generational fan base.
A high-energy, fun-packed live act not to be missed.

Wes Pudsey and The Sonic Aces: In a career spanning two-and-a-half decades, world-acclaimed singer-songwriter Wes Pudsey has penned and performed some of the most memorable rockabilly classics – My Baby Looks Like Betty Page, Maybe, There’s Gonna Be A Rumble, Hepster Daddy-o and many others have taken the Sydney rocker around the world several times, backed by his frenetic trio of roots-rockers The Sonic Aces.

The Dan Barnett Swing 5: Fresh from the European festival circuit, Dan Barnett brings his Swing 5 to the Markets for the very first time. A popular figure on the world swing scene, Dan boasts an incredible band comprising some of the finest exponents of the swing genre. With recent appearances at JazzAscona in Switzerland and the very first Guadeloupe swing festival, Dan and the fellas are primed for working the dancefloor to provide maximum fun.

Narelle Evans & The Jetbacks: The star of ‘The Rockabilly Women Show’, Narelle has built a devoted following for her act championing rare tunes from the women of early rock ‘n’ roll. Throw in some rockin’ originals and it’s not hard to see why Narelle Evans & the Jetbacks have been touted as an act to watch.
