The Peep Tempel have released a Wildly Entertaining Video For ‘Rayguns’ and we promise you’ve not seen anything like this before. Exploiting almost every thinking human’s frustration with the absurdity of modern news broadcasting, THE PEEP TEMPEL get very, very weird, reinforcing the sarcastic, unsettling lyrical themes of single ‘Rayguns’.

Itching to know more? Guitarist and vocalist Blake Scott says,”The lyrics are straight forward, there is no mystery regarding the target of this rant. We hope the clip – dudes in bad wardrobe bouncing from one ridiculous scene to the next – reflects the absurdity of intolerance.”

These shenanigans are, of course, in honour of the imminent arrival of The Peep Tempel’s third LP ‘Joy’, out via Wing Sing on October 14. Equal parts vivid Australian-centric narrative, off-kilter guitars and lurching, pounding, staggering rhythms. It’s a celebration as much as a castigation.
