Fresh from a sold out headline album tour, and a sold out New Zealand arena support run, Aussie rock n’ rollers The Delta Riggs today make a special announcement: ‘Active Galactic Higher Than Before’ EP, out Monday 24th February 2020.
Alongside the news, The Delta Riggs will continue their whirlwind start to the year joining legendary UK musician Billy Idol on his Australian run this week, including dates at Brisbane’s Riverstage and Hordern Pavillion in Sydney.
‘Active Galactic Higher Than Before’ EP sees the band revisit four tracks from their well-loved third record ‘Active Galactic’, reworked in a classic dub style with extended durations upwards of six minutes. The release calls upon guest vocalists including Blacker C from Sydney reggae outfit The Strides, Jamaican artist Ras Fraser Jnr., as well as young Trinidad artist Gold Fang, who toured with The Delta Riggs as an on-stage member on their Active Galactic album run.
