Brisbane symphonic metal act Seraphic have shared the first taste of their forthcoming sophomore album, with their driving new single ThePhoenix.

The empowering anthem was the obvious choice for the band’s first single for their forthcoming record Chrysalis. Bold, passionate and defiant, The Phoenix tells the tale of how the band emerged from the flames after overcoming many obstacles, both personal and professional, to create what is their most ambitious, compelling and meaningful studio release yet. 

Speaking about the track front-woman Sam Wolstenholme states

The song is the lead single from Chrysalis, the forthcoming highly personal LP from the band. The 9-track epic immerses the listener in a rich and colourful soundscape that musically embodies a deep metamorphosis of the soul.
