New York, NY (September 12, 2016): Riot Fest, the nation’s groundbreaking punk, metal, alternative, and hip-hop music festival, today announces their first-ever live broadcast will take place from their Chicago edition, Riot Fest & Carnival, live from Douglas Park this coming weekend September 16 – 18. Riot Fest has partnered with new music festival digital television network UphoricTV to produce and broadcast select performances from the festival, with live coverage beginning at 3pm CST on September 16. Viewers will be able to watch the Riot Fest live broadcast for free, via www.uphoric.tv, and will need to subscribe to the UphoricTV YouTube channel here in order to access the broadcast.

In addition to the live performance broadcasts, UphoricTV has partnered with FLOOD Magazine to produce original content, interviews, behind the scenes reports, and more throughout the entire weekend at Riot Fest. Exclusive video content will be broadcasted during the festival via UphoricTV’s Facebook Live and Instagram accounts, as well as available as VOD after the festival via UphoricTV’s original video series Artist Access on Verizon’s Go90 and YouTube.

The Riot Fest live broadcast schedule with participating artists will be announced via UphoricTV’s social media accounts on Thursday September 15, with updates throughout the weekend. This broadcast is in partnership with Chicago-based Cobra Productions, the producers of Riot Fest.
