After months of rumours, speculation and uncertainty, pub-rock kingpins Private Function‘s eagerly-awaited show in Albury Wodonga has finally arrived, and it’s being held at one of Australia’s most iconic landmarks.

Taking place at the seminal Ettamogah Pub in Albury, NSW on Saturday, July 24, the colossal end-of-tour extravaganza includes a line-up lovingly curated by Private Function, featuring These New South Whales, Good MorningRomeroThe Burnt Sausages, local Albury legends Micro Cuts, plus late-night DJ sets courtesy of Clowns, Camp Cope’s Georgia Maq and underground promoters Bone Soup.

Onsite camping and shuttle buses to and from Albury train station will also be available for ticket holders.

The massive gig at Ettamogah Pub follows the release of Private Function’s  2020 lockdown anthem ‘Albury Wodonga’; a sonic celebration of the harmony between the two beloved locales, and an ode to not only arriving at the crown jewel of the Hume Highway, but the joys and memories made along the way.

The song was wholeheartedly embraced by locals, with Triple M’s The Border telling the band in an interview, “You just don’t know how much it’s lifted our spirits here on the Border with everything going on… no other band has made their way into our hearts like you guys”.

Relive the wonder below.

Tickets to Private Function at the Ettamogah Pub are now on sale via Oztix and are strictly limited.
