Ypsilanti, MI’s loud & fuzzy indie-rock trio, minihorse is debuting a new video for their track “Thriller.” The clip, directed by front man Ben Collins.
In describing the video, the band writes: “The Chauffeur is preparing for another night of work. He’s got a number of pickups to make. A woman got burned in a house fire, so she’ll need a pickup. A man is drinking himself to death at the bar, so he’ll need a pickup too. Everyone gets picked up eventually. But some jobs are harder than others.”
Fresh off a recent sold-out supporting stint with Grandaddy at San Francisco’s Noise Pop, and a series of buzzed-about appearances at last week’s SXSW, minihorse is scheduled to play a set of shows during this weekend’s Treefort Music Festival in Boise, ID. See dates below.
minihorse has been garnering raves for its critically-acclaimed debut EP “Big Lack,” which is out now on Friendship Fever and is available on Spotify, iTunes, Bandcamp.
