To celebrate the release of blues-rock guitar icon Joe Bonamassa’s GRAMMY-nominated, ARIA #1 Blues and Jazz album Blues of Desperation, Joe will be heading to Australian shores for a national headline tour this September, including a very special evening with his debut performance at the Sydney Opera House; which has officially SOLD OUT. All other shows are selling fast.

To get a taste of the unparalleled musicianship and sheer talent (that is prodigal guitarist Joe Bonamassa), have a peak at his latest video for the gutsy, gritty album track, ‘This Train’. The video unleashes 4 minutes and 44 seconds of pure heart-stopping shredding, entwined with visuals of a classic black and white steam train, charging at full speed, but still struggling to keep up with the wrath that is Joe Bonamassa. Joe, similar to the fast-moving, unapologetic train depicted in the clip, is a musician who “isn’t resting on accomplishments and who is always pushing forward and thinking about how music can evolve and stay relevant.”

Blues of Desperation features all-original material, and sees Bonamassa toss away the rule book as he continues to reinvent and re-define the blues-rock genre like no other artist working today. Don’t miss your chance to see one of the world’s most renowned guitarists in some of the countries my spectacular venues this September. Tickets are on sale now.
