A week out from his sold-out East Coast tour with Meg Mac, Jarryd James has shared a new video for ‘This Time (Serious Symptoms, Simple Solutions)’. The video was directed by talented UK duo Scratch and tells a poignant story of nostalgia, friendship and reconciliation.
Of the video, Jarryd says “I hope the video makes everyone feel as emotional as it made me feel.”

The video comes after last night’s 2015 ARIA Awards, where Jarryd was rewarded for his outstanding breakthrough into the Australian music scene by taking out Best Pop Release for triple platinum single ‘Do You Remember’. In a year already laden with achievement, Jarryd received five nominations for Best Male Artist, Breakthrough Artist, Best Pop Release, Best Independent Release and the publicly voted category Song Of The Year.
Jarryd’s win comes off the back of a whirl-wind 2015, which he spent playing a run of sold-out headline shows, performing at Splendour in the Grass, debuting his music to international audiences and releasing his debut album Thirty One to critical acclaim.
