Jarryd James and Meg Mac, two of this year’s biggest breakthrough artists, are hitting the road together this December for a series of co-headlining shows in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane – all of which are now sold out.

This news comes just ahead of the ARIAs this Thursday, where both artists are nominated for multiple awards.

Jarryd James’ debut album Thirty One was released in September this year to critical acclaim – the album entered the ARIA charts at #2, and was awarded triple j Feature Album week of release – and single ‘Do You Remember’ is now officially triple platinum in Australia. Jarryd has received an impressive five nominations: Best Male Artist, Breakthrough Artist, Best Pop Release, Best Independent Release and the publicly voted category Song Of The Year.

After being awarded triple j Unearthed Artist Of The Year in 2014, Meg Mac’s star has been on the rise. D’Angelo and the Vanguard invited Meg to join them on their coast-to-coast North American tour, and she remained in the USA for most of this year writing her forthcoming album. Having scored three songs in last year’s triple j Hottest 100, and with her latest single ‘Never Be’ debuting at #1 on the air chart, Meg has been nominated for two awards: Best Female Artist and Breakthrough Artist.
