Kicking off 2019 in classic Doogs style with single “Nobody/Alone” – a jangly surf punk bop about anxiety and how it can overwhelm you – as well as announcing a huge run of dates taking them across Australia playing to U18’s and 18+ rooms from Mandurah to Brisbane, Good Doogs pretty much haven’t stopped for the past 12 months. From tour after tour, to a string of constantly catchy-but-meaningful singles, and this cinematic masterpiece of a music video, Good Doogs just keep proving they are leading the wave of new surf-punk in Australia. Cut to now and the tour doesn’t start for a few more weeks but is already half sold out, and the waves have been pretty average lately anyways, and there’s not HEAPS to do in Mandurah, so the Doogs decided to jump in the studio and whip up another tune to keep you busy… “How I Feel“ is about losing an important person in your life, and it’s completely your fault, and you find yourself overwhelmed with feeling everything and nothing at the same time. |
