EMP Pathways, a new not for profit organisation creating entertainment industry opportunities for the youth of Adelaide, is pleased to announce it will be hosting a Metal Fundraiser at The Gov on Sunday, August 11.

All proceeds will go towards programs supporting Adelaide’s youth to increase life skills, career pathways and actively engage with each other and the community through music and gaming.

The lineup features many of Adelaide’s most acclaimed bands, including headliners Terminal Zero alongside Shatter Brain, Parkway Drive cover band Darkway PriveAs I DestructAlium and Favour The Brave.

All the bands are donating their time for the cause.

EMP Pathways Co-Founder/CEO, Cameron Dodds: “This is a very exciting opportunity for the youth of Adelaide. We are extremely proud to present the first of many official EMP Pathways events. The Metal community in Adelaide is made up of incredibly compassionate and open-minded people and insanely talented bands. What better place to start?

With the help of the community, we plan to open a venue where young people can come in to socialise in a safe environment and participate in specialised programs that have been specifically developed to assist them to gain valuable life skills while having fun with each other and learning the ins and outs of both industries.
