Due to phenomenal demand ADELE has confirmed she will take to the stage of ANZ Stadium on Saturday March 11, 2017 for a second and final Sydney performance.
To date in excess of 400,000 tickets have been sold for Adele’s Australian shows, including sold out stadiums in Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Sydney. Fans in Auckland snapped up more than 100,000 tickets yesterday, selling out three shows at Mt Smart Stadium.
The first Sydney show, scheduled for Friday March 10, sold in excess of 90,000 tickets during the public on-sale on Monday and is set to break ANZ Stadium’s attendance record for a concert and claim the record for the single biggest event held at the venue since 2002.
Tickets for the second Sydney show will go on sale at midday on Thursday, December 1 through Ticketek.
Visiting Australia and New Zealand for the very first time, Adele will perform a series of special stadium concerts in a unique 360º in-the-round production. Designed to create intimacy, the tour venues will feature reserved seating on both the playing arenas and the grandstands.
