The Sydney Rock ‘n’ Roll & Alternative Market Manning House & Bar – Sydney University Sunday, 1 February, 2015 Doors open 10.30am.

You’ll also find a Café, Bars, International Food, Giant Kids Games plus more.

The February 1 entertainment line-up features

Gay Paris – The distinct stoner rock and blues-punk sound of explosive Sydney four-piece has led to them becoming one of the hardest touring acts in Australia.

Papa Pilko & the Binrats – Wild blues and slick, swingin’ country rock n’ roll with horns.
The Drey Rollan Band – With their very danceable brand of rock ‘n’ roll, rockabilly, blues, doo-wop and country.

The Satellites – Wild, cool and crazy, the Satellites play rock ‘n’ roll in its rawest form. They have been voted ‘Australia’s Best Rockabilly Band’ (Wintersun Festival) and have appeared at countless festivals in Australia and Overseas and played with many touring greats.

Plus DJs – Limpin’ Jimmy & the Swingin’ Kitten, Rod Almighty, The Crimplenes, and Fontana (AKA Andy
Travers) And MC – Limpin’ Jimmy.

Plus – Rock ‘n’ Roll Dancing Classes – If you’ve always wanted to give Rockabilly dancing a try, there’ll be a class for beginners between 10.30 and 11.30am. It’s just $10 per class, which includes entry to the market. No need to bringa dance partner – just plenty of energy and your best dancing shoes!
