Melbourne does many things right as a city and hosting Sexpo is one of those things it does so well. Running from Thursday 16/11 through Sunday 19/11 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre which is located on the banks of the picturest Yarra river, SCENEzine headed along and spent a day at this strictly adults only event.
Australians seem to have a very healthy attitude towards sex in general and we are starting to
become more and more comfortable in our sexual skin and and a exhibition such as SEXPO showcases that it’s not just about sex, it is about celebrating all lifestyles and sexualities.
Sexpo is more than one large adult store and you get a sense of this as you walk around the aisles you meet and talk to exhibitors from a wide cross section of the adult industry, from specialty bondage furniture makers, makeup artists, photographers to escorts.
SCENEzine emersed ourselves in all the SEXPO had to offer from hot stage shows of both female and male strippers these shows really know how to take it up a notch and heat things up. We saw fetish displays attended seminars and witnessed some truly talented artist perform all under one roof. We of course spent time in the Laporium and checked out the SEXPO Retro Theatre where we interviewed one of the most legendary names in adult entertainment Mr Ron Jeremy.
