UK rockers Nothing But Thieves release their new EP WHAT DID YOU THINK WHEN YOU MADE ME THIS WAY? The EP was produced by Jim Abbiss and features current single ‘Forever & Ever More’. 
 

 
In anticipation of the EP’s release, Nothing But Thieves took part of BBC Radio 1’ Live Lounge earlier this week, performing the EP’s lead single ‘Forever & Ever More’ along with a stellar cover of Shawn Mendes’ ‘In My Blood’ complete with string section.
 

 
It’s safe to say that Nothing But Thieves are a band that don’t like to take a break. The EP was mainly written during the bands’ non-stop touring schedule – a pressure on writing that some bands might find detrimental to the process – Nothing But Thieves however, found the limitations exciting and creatively liberating.

Joe explains: “These songs were largely both written and recorded in a month between playing festivals and our Australian/Thai tour which meant we were forced to make decisions quickly. The energy in that is great. Sometimes recording a song can feel like redoing a demo, like an imitation of yourself. Writing and recording so quickly kept the whole process creative, it’s an exciting way to work.”

In support of the EP’s release, Nothing But Thieves will embark on their biggest ever headline tour this November, including a show at London’s Alexandra Palace. Keep up to date with all ticketing and touring information here.
