“Unbreakable” is the first new music from Birds Of Tokyo in over two years and sets up a big summer of touring for the acclaimed group. More new tracks will be dropped over coming months as the band builds toward a new album which will expand on many of the lyrical threads they are unveiling for the first time with “Unbreakable”.
 

 
Appropriately this epic song of resilience has been chosen as the theme for ABC TV’s Invictus Games Sydney 2018 coverage. The internationally televised event, which happens in Sydney next month, will celebrate competitors from eighteen nations around the world who have served and been wounded in action in the armed forces. Birds Of Tokyo will also perform “Unbreakable” live at the official Closing Ceremony on October 27 at Qudos Bank Arena – Sydney Olympic Park, in front of Games Patron the Duke of Sussex and his wife Meghan, Duchess Of Sussex.
