As their most exciting year to date draws to a close, Melbourne-by-way-of-Wellington punks Bakers Eddy are stoked to go out with a bang, having taken out the triple j Unearthed win to play Falls Festival in Lorne. The band will be performing alongside acclaimed international and home grown acts including Anderson .Paak & The Free Nationals, Amy Shark, Catfish & The Bottlemen, and DMA’s.
 

Latest release ‘Leave It To Me’ followed suit and amped it up a notch, earning itself high rotation on triple j, plus a score of community radio support that saw the track climb the Amrap Metro radio charts. Support from Unearthed continued to grow, with the band scoring a slot as triple j Unearthed featured artist in October.

 

 
Now announced as winners of triple j Unearthed’s Falls Festival Lorne competition, and with plenty more punchy tunes up their sleeve, Bakers Eddy are set to kick off the new year in a big way.
